I am running out of photographs...I am now down to a final few...I call these my hamburgers photographs.....this obviously phony picture to the left depicts Sister Marie de Lourdes checking out J. Wellington Wimpy in the school cafeteria. Everyone just called him Wimpy and while he is appropriately dressed in a white shirt, tie and jacket, hats were not permitted to be worn.
The photograph on bottom left depicts an orderly hamburger dinner for Junior 6 home economics class.
Some things haven't changed in forty years, such as the love of a good hamburger. Yes, even the whole family.
There was a fast food joint down on the Boulevard where some classmates found employment. It was the Stop N Go.
